Job Requirements

  • prior experience in multifamily leasing is highly preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
  • commitment to excellent customer service
  • availability to work day shifts

Job Duties

  • Be the welcoming face of our community, greeting and engaging with prospective residents as they explore our property
  • showcase the unique features and amenities that make our property feel like home
  • guide prospective residents through the leasing process with care and attention to detail, making it as smooth and enjoyable as possible
  • prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
  • build lasting relationships with current residents by addressing their needs and creating a sense of belonging
  • be a problem solver and a go-to resource for questions and concerns, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression
  • collaborate with your teammates to achieve leasing and occupancy goals
