- proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Be the welcoming face of our community, greeting and engaging with prospective residents as they explore our property
- showcase the unique features and amenities that make our property feel like home
- guide prospective residents through the leasing process with care and attention to detail, making it as smooth and enjoyable as possible
- prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- build lasting relationships with current residents by addressing their needs and creating a sense of belonging
- be a problem solver and a go-to resource for questions and concerns, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression
- collaborate with your teammates to achieve leasing and occupancy goals
