Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program with at least 6 credit hours
- completed at least one year of college
- maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
- current or future leaseholder of community
- live on designated community floor as assigned
- able to lift up to 40 lbs
- possess a valid driver’s license
- available for approximately 20 hours a week
- available to work evenings and weekends
- ability to embody Cardinal Culture and Core Values
- able to perform duties involving standing, walking, climbing, stooping, and lifting weights up to 40 pounds
- capable of working in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university with a minimum of 6 credit hours
- completed a minimum of one year at the enrolled accredited college or university
- maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
- current or future leaseholder of the community
- live on designated community floor per community guidelines
- able to lift up to 40 pounds
- valid driver’s license
- available to work approximately 20 hours per week including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
- perform administrative front desk tasks and duties
- participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training
- warmly greet prospective clients
- answer incoming leasing calls
- determine needs and preferences
- professionally present the community and apartment homes
- utilize feature/benefit selling
- close the sale
- follow up with prospective residents
- complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork
- pass third party leasing shops and become Cardinal Way of Leasing certified
- maintain accurate lease file documentation according to company policy and participate in lease file audits
- stay informed on market conditions and trends through competition shopping and training
- maintain cleanliness of tour paths for positive first impressions
- demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
- participate in and assist with planning community events
- assist with additional community projects as assigned
- participate in Cardinal U training
- fulfill on-call responsibilities such as lock-outs and nightly rounds
- work evenings and weekends as required
