Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or leasing
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Willing to work weekends and some evenings
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

- Strong closing and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in CRM systems, leasing software, and digital tools
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws preferred
- Fair Housing and TAA lease training provided during onboarding
Job Duties
- Greet and qualify prospective residents and schedule and conduct property tours
- Promote apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits to prospective residents
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely manner
- Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease documents
- Facilitate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs to support seamless resident transitions
- Maintain an organized leasing pipeline using CRM and follow-up tools
- Support resident retention initiatives and lease renewal campaigns
- Participate in marketing and community outreach activities to generate leads
- Ensure model units and shared spaces are clean, maintained, and tour-ready
- Assist with planning and executing resident events and promotions
- Promote safe work practices and adhere to company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
