Job Requirements
- Ability to work longer hours and weekends during peak leasing seasons
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including walking properties, conducting inspections, and delivering communications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales
- Preferred experience in office administration or data entry
- Ability to obtain Illinois Residential Leasing Agent License within 1 year if applicable
- Active driver’s license with 2 years driving history and passing MVR
- Proficiency with computers and software
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Have at least 1 year of customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience
- Have at least 1 year of office administration or data entry experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Able to obtain Illinois Residential Leasing Agent License within 1 year if applicable
- Hold an active driver’s license with 2 years of driving history and pass MVR requirements
- Proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite, AppFolio, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, high energy, and a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Serve as a leasing agent and tour expert familiar with properties and amenities
- Show properties and effectively sell their features to prospective tenants
- Review lease applications and document eligibility requirements
- Assist in daily customer service operations including guest inquiries and tenant screenings
- Provide exceptional customer service via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and text
- Prepare move-in paperwork, confirm units are ready, and conduct move-in orientations
- Maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants
- Process maintenance requests and follow up to ensure completion
- Learn and ensure compliance with all Fair Housing laws
- Collaborate with team members by pivoting and assisting during peak periods
