Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer abilities
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Physically able to navigate property and perform duties including lifting up to 20 pounds
- Ability to meet vision requirements including close and peripheral vision
- Willingness to participate in training
- Ability to embody company culture
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience

- Excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the phone
- Basic computer skills including typing and writing correspondence

- Available to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Utilize company leasing expectations and procedures to greet prospective clients, qualify their needs, present properties, use feature-benefit selling, close sales, and follow-up
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle accordingly
- Complete all lease applications and participate in verification processes
- Notify prospective clients of application results
- Maintain accurate client records and update daily reports on vacancies and activity
- Maintain and perform upkeep of the tour route to ensure curb appeal
- Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of the community's concierge program
- Participate in required training sessions
