Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer abilities
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Physically able to navigate property and perform duties including lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to meet vision requirements including close and peripheral vision
  • Willingness to participate in training
  • Ability to embody company culture
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the phone

  • Available to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Utilize company leasing expectations and procedures to greet prospective clients, qualify their needs, present properties, use feature-benefit selling, close sales, and follow-up
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle accordingly
  • Complete all lease applications and participate in verification processes
  • Notify prospective clients of application results
  • Maintain accurate client records and update daily reports on vacancies and activity
  • Maintain and perform upkeep of the tour route to ensure curb appeal
  • Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of the community's concierge program
  • Participate in required training sessions
