Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
- basic computer skills
- available to work evenings and weekends
- ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- able to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, or squat regularly
- able to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 20 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- ability to maintain accurate records

Job Duties
- Utilize company leasing expectations and procedures to greet prospective clients, qualify, and determine needs
- professionally present the property and apartment homes
- utilize feature-benefit selling
- close the sale and follow-up
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle accordingly
- Complete all lease applications and participate in the verification of applications
- Notify prospective clients of results
- Maintain accurate client records and update daily reports concerning notice to vacate, vacancy reports, and activity reports
- Maintain and perform upkeep of the tour route to ensure curb side appeal
- Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of the community's concierge program
- Participate in Cardinal U training as required
