Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with CRM software or willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving approach
  • Passion for customer service, sales, leasing, and marketing
  • Experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
  • Previous roles as Brand Ambassador, Leasing Consultant, or Administrative Assistant are a plus
  • Interest in social media, marketing, and event planning is desirable

Job Duties

  • Be a brand ambassador—greet prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm, providing tours of the community
  • Assist with lease applications and ensure a smooth process for future residents
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads and manage prospect interactions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Assist with front desk operations, including handling inquiries, answering calls, and responding to emails
  • Plan and execute engaging resident events aligned with the community brand
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Intern to align marketing content with leasing and community engagement efforts
  • Maintain the community’s tour path creating a standout first impression
  • Monitor competition and market trends while contributing new marketing ideas
  • Work closely with leadership to develop strategies for leasing success
  • Participate in training programs to improve skills in leasing, marketing, and customer service
  • Support the Leasing Manager in mentoring new team members
  • Assist with special projects, outreach efforts, and creative marketing campaigns
  • Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
