Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and overtime
- Willingness to attend offsite meetings and travel to other company locations
- Ability to safely handle and store chemicals and hazardous materials
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols related to chemical handling
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
- Ensure the property’s central trash removal areas and/or compactors are serviced, emptied and kept clean
- Maintain tools and equipment and ensures they are in working order
- Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy
- Clean light fixtures, windows, various equipment, laundry rooms, etc. and cleans storage and common areas including, clubhouse, recreation room, office, fitness center, etc.
- Attend monthly safety meetings and accurately complete work records
- Responsible for safely storing chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials
- Maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner
- Assist with snow removal as needed
