Job Requirements
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to attend offsite meetings and visit other company operated locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license or alternative transportation that allows timely arrival
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must provide proof of insurance if driving a personal vehicle for work-related duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial or maintenance work preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and chemical handling
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
- Ensure the property's central trash removal areas and or compactors are serviced, emptied and kept clean
- Maintain tools and equipment and ensures they are in working order
- Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy
- Clean light fixtures, windows, various equipment, laundry rooms, and common areas including clubhouse, recreation room, office, fitness center
- Attend monthly safety meetings and accurately completes work records
- Responsible for safely storing chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials
- Maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner
- Assist with snow removal as needed
