- minimum one year of experience working with high school or college students as tutor or mentor preferred
- knowledge to support students in high school and basic college-level reading and writing skills

- knowledge to support students in high school and basic college-level reading and writing skills
Job Duties
- provide one-on-one academic support to clients at the high school and college levels
- help clients through application and enrollment processes
- assist with job searches, resume writing, and aptitude testing
- support clients in navigating financial aid opportunities including FAFSA and scholarships
- prepare clients for standardized tests like SAT, ACT, GED, and GRE
- develop strategies to assist clients with learning differences such as dyslexia and ADHD
- manage Learning Lab hours and environment to promote engaging learning experiences
- collaborate with other Learning Lab Coordinators and clinical team members to plan curricula and events
- communicate client progress and support needs to the clinical team and possibly involve family engagement
