Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum one year of experience working with high school or college students as tutor or mentor preferred
- Knowledge of high school and basic college level reading and writing skills
- Ability to provide one-on-one academic support
- Experience assisting with college application and enrollment processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of managing and scheduling educational programs
Job Qualifications

- Minimum one year of experience working with high school or college students as a tutor or mentor preferred
- Knowledgeable in supporting high school and basic college level reading and writing skills
Job Duties
- Provide one-on-one academic support to clients at the high school and college levels
- Help clients navigate the application and enrollment processes
- Offer personalized vocational guidance including job searches, resume writing, and aptitude testing
- Assist clients with financial aid applications such as FAFSA, scholarships, and grants
- Prepare clients for standardized tests including SAT, ACT, GED, and GRE
- Support clients with learning differences like dyslexia and ADHD by developing tailored strategies
- Manage Learning Lab hours and create an engaging educational environment
- Collaborate with clinical team members to schedule activities and plan educational events
- Maintain clear communication with the clinical team regarding client progress and attendance
- Engage families as part of the client support system
