Job Duties
- coordinate and organize development activities that align with hotel performance standards and goals
- systematically analyze the hotel's training needs
- deliver relevant learning programs
- plan and coordinate production of departmental training plans
- act as an internal consultant on department-related training issues
- source and recommend external training organizations or resources
- maintain knowledge of statutory training requirements
- develop creative and innovative training programs
