Job Requirements
- previous FORBES training experience preferred
- bachelor’s degree in human resources business management or equivalent education and/or experience preferred
- minimum three years’ experience in training and development within the hospitality industry preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
- ability to work collaboratively with department heads and managers
- excellent organizational skills
- strong professionalism and integrity
- ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of FORBES training standards preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to develop engaging training materials
- experience in coaching and mentoring staff
- understanding of state and federal training compliance requirements
Job Duties
- create develop implement and assess training programs
- deliver all hotel training programs including new hire orientation train the trainer customer service standards and LVX brand standards
- create and develop materials for training as needed
- implement and present resort-wide training and development initiatives
- create and maintain updated training records and produce reports
- coach staff on skills and career development
- conduct yearly learning and development needs assessments and recommend programs
