Job Requirements
- Legal work authorization in United States
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years managerial experience
- Experience in hotel operations preferably in luxury hospitality
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Flexible scheduling and availability
- Ability to commute weekly to San Francisco properties
- Must work on-site

Job Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience in learning and development management preferred
- Minimum of three years managerial experience
- Background in hotel operations, preferably in luxury hospitality or diverse service environments
- Excellent communication, facilitation, instructional design, analytical, coaching, and influencing skills
- Knowledge of adult learning styles and principles
- Proficiency in needs assessment methodologies and learning needs identification
- Familiarity with learning technologies including e-learning and distance learning
- Understanding of evaluation theories measuring financial impact of programs
- Skilled in project planning tools and processes
- Strong communication and influencing strategies
- Basic budgeting, accounting, and financial management skills
- Awareness of current industry trends affecting workplace learning
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Flexible scheduling and availability
- Willingness to commute weekly to San Francisco properties
- Ability to work on-site as this is a non-remote position
Job Duties
- Manage and facilitate a complete three-day Embark onboarding program for new employees
- Manage and facilitate core learning programs including Service Foundations, Introduction to Leadership Behaviours, New Leader Orientation, GROW, and annual compliance trainings
- Ensure new managers complete their 90-day probation successfully through New Leader Orientation
- Maintain and develop the Certified Departmental Trainer program to support departmental standards and guest satisfaction
- Plan and co-facilitate training activities addressing performance gaps
- Coach managers to sustain consistent departmental training and development
- Manage compliance and safety training in collaboration with relevant departments
- Benchmark learning functions and conduct Learning Needs Analysis aligned with property goals
- Design and deliver effective learning programs targeting performance gaps and leadership skills
- Prepare training calendars and market learning initiatives
- Evaluate training effectiveness by measuring results and behavioral impact
- Manage training budgets and external vendor relationships
- Plan and execute property-wide and company-wide change initiatives
- Pursue continuous professional development in learning disciplines
- Travel for business purposes to support other properties
- Perform other duties as assigned
