Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Legal right to work in the US
- Possess a valid passport
- Pass a comprehensive background check
- Pass medical screening
- Completion of 6.5-week paid training in Houston, TX
- Flexible availability for international schedules
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years active flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- Background in 4 or 5-star hospitality or fine dining is a significant advantage
- Must meet all standard United flight attendant qualifications
- Ability to deliver premium customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to variable schedules
Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers
- Provide expert knowledge of the Polaris product
- Deliver a restaurant-quality dining experience
- Manage premium cabin amenities including Saks Fifth Avenue bedding and custom comfort items
- Offer highly personalized, anticipatory service to top-tier global travelers
- Participate in comprehensive training including Polaris service training
- Maintain flexibility for a variable international roster including day, night, and weekend shifts
