Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Legal right to work in the US
  • Possess a valid passport
  • Pass a comprehensive background check
  • Pass medical screening
  • Completion of 6.5-week paid training in Houston, TX
  • Flexible availability for international schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years active flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • Background in 4 or 5-star hospitality or fine dining is a significant advantage
  • Must meet all standard United flight attendant qualifications
  • Ability to deliver premium customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to variable schedules

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers
  • Provide expert knowledge of the Polaris product
  • Deliver a restaurant-quality dining experience
  • Manage premium cabin amenities including Saks Fifth Avenue bedding and custom comfort items
  • Offer highly personalized, anticipatory service to top-tier global travelers
  • Participate in comprehensive training including Polaris service training
  • Maintain flexibility for a variable international roster including day, night, and weekend shifts
