Job Requirements
- must meet requirements of local child care regulatory agency and primrose school of midland at westridge
- degree in early childhood education, primary education, or related field preferred
- at least two years' work experience in licensed child care facility, kindergarten, or early childhood program preferred
- experience in management, business, or public relations preferred
- must be able to lift up to 35 lbs in connection with handling children

Job Duties
- provide superior customer service to all external and internal customers
- observe all rules and regulations pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children
- manage operation of the school in the director's absence
- assist the director with management responsibilities to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control
- adhere to employment laws and compliance issues
- assist in keeping the school physically well kept, attractive, and safe
- provide verbal recognition and set clear consistent expectations for children's behavior
