Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years of event management or related experience
  • strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
  • ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • experience in event management or related field
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
  • prior experience working with high-level executives or in a hospitality setting preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage participants, faculty, panelists, and speakers for Signature events
  • coordinate on-site preparation and logistics for Signature programs
  • execute one-off events and marketing opportunities as needed
  • serve as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, faculty, host companies, and vendors
  • maintain and manage participant and client contact data
  • communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • produce client-facing communications and create PowerPoint slides for program delivery
