Job Duties

  • coordinate all aspects of the Leadership Conference, working closely with department leadership
  • ensure consistent and timely communications across the organization to meet deadlines
  • coordinate logistics including room layouts, agendas, meal planning, receptions, and team member gifts
  • adhere to company policies for travel and internal events, making decisions on vendors, invoices, and reporting
  • serve on and oversee Leadership Conference planning committee meetings, preparing agendas and minutes
  • coordinate contracts with legal to ensure policy adherence
  • make recommendations to leadership on program improvements
  • manage travel arrangements including air, bus, rental cars, hotels, and catering with expense control
  • assist with booking company travel, reviewing requests for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • support department special projects
  • travel for work-related meetings
  • work weekends for company events
  • rotate on-call nights and weekends to support after-hours needs
  • perform other related duties as assigned
