Job Qualifications
- minimum 2 years leadership experience for team leader role
- minimum 3-4 years leadership experience for shift leader role
- 5-10 years senior management experience as gm or higher
- excellent customer service skills
- strong leadership and team management abilities
- ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency
- effective communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- insure that shift leaders follow recipes and read tickets to prepare all orders accurately
- insure that shift leaders are precise with weights and measurements for all recipe items
- ensure shift leaders work at a pace to maintain established speed of service guidelines
- maintain clean workstations at all times
- verify cashiers follow proper cash handling procedures
- execute proper security and cash control procedures and hold cashiers accountable
- monitor dining room, restroom, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness
- perform any of the mentioned tasks as required during the shift
- address guest issues and consult management on complex matters
- maintain positive working relationships and treat employees with respect
- communicate employee performance and policy violations to management
- strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures
