Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2 years leadership experience for team leader role
  • minimum 3-4 years leadership experience for shift leader role
  • 5-10 years senior management experience as gm or higher
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency
  • effective communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • insure that shift leaders follow recipes and read tickets to prepare all orders accurately
  • insure that shift leaders are precise with weights and measurements for all recipe items
  • ensure shift leaders work at a pace to maintain established speed of service guidelines
  • maintain clean workstations at all times
  • verify cashiers follow proper cash handling procedures
  • execute proper security and cash control procedures and hold cashiers accountable
  • monitor dining room, restroom, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness
  • perform any of the mentioned tasks as required during the shift
  • address guest issues and consult management on complex matters
  • maintain positive working relationships and treat employees with respect
  • communicate employee performance and policy violations to management
  • strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures
