Job Requirements

- previous experience in a customer-facing role
- availability for full-time or part-time shifts including weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- strong teamwork and leadership skills

Job Duties
- take orders from guests
- engage warmly with guests to create genuine connections
- craft and serve lattes and hand-crafted cocktails
- run food and assist with catering orders
- manage guest seating and service at bar and patio areas
- support team members to ensure smooth service flow
