Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coach team members to do the same
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing general housekeeping duties and assigning shift duties
- direct team to ensure food items are prepared and served according to Brand, Company, and health department regulations
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitor accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records and complete end of shift and end of day paperwork
- communicate any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes
