Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- minimum three years customer experience required
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge preferred
- technical knowledge of CRM systems preferred
- must provide friendly and professional service
- exercise discretion with confidential information
- multitask in high-demand environment
- comfortable speaking with the public

Job Qualifications

- bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- minimum three years of customer service experience
- experience in casino or hospitality environment strongly preferred
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Lead daily operating procedures and guide overall efficiency in VIP Services
- monitor premium gaming areas and concierge workstations for flawless technology use
- craft personalized and elevated VIP guest experiences
- handle all aspects of VIP guest journeys including reservations for hotel, dining, spa, and entertainment
- maintain strong networks with service partners for guest engagement and priority access
- initiate contact with VIP guests to ensure seamless execution of exclusive amenities
- oversee VIP arrivals and coordinate welcome amenities and escort services
- provide exclusive casino and hotel tours explaining services and maintaining brand reputation
- safeguard confidential guest, department, and company information adhering to policies and Tribal Gaming regulations
- assist with administrative functions and data entry for the VIP Services department
- submit routine and special reports to leadership as required
- perform additional duties to support department operations
