Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the front desk team
  • ensure a cohesive, efficient, and client-focused reception experience
  • resolve informal employee complaints
  • maintain effective employee-management communication
  • ensure pet owners' complaints are promptly addressed and resolved
  • support hospital staff, doctors, and practice philosophy
  • perform multi-tasking duties with strong communication and organizational skills
