Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the front desk team
  • Ensure a cohesive, efficient, and client-focused reception experience
  • Resolve informal employee complaints
  • Provide explanations of hospital personnel policies and procedures
  • Maintain effective employee-management communication
  • Address and resolve pet owners' complaints promptly
  • Work collaboratively with all team members to support hospital and practice philosophy
