Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in valet parking or related field
- leadership experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
- attention to detail

- Proven experience in valet or hospitality supervision
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent customer service and communication abilities
- ability to create schedules and manage payroll
- knowledge of safety and security procedures
- ability to maintain clean and organized work environment
- proficiency in handling revenue reconciliation
Job Duties
- Establish positive guest relationships through consistent delivery of customer service to all guests, co-workers, and clients
- create schedules
- greet guests in a professional and friendly demeanor upon arrival and departure
- conduct payroll for the site as well as revenue reconciliation
- hire and train new valet staff members
- manage day to day operations
- deliver Forbes Travel Guide arrival and departure standards
