- Ability to train and mentor staff
Job Duties
- Oversee valet operations to ensure efficient and safe parking and retrieval of vehicles
- Manage and supervise a team of valet attendants
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Train new valet attendants on company policies and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Coordinate daily valet activities and schedules
- Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
