Job Requirements

  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen
  • Must complete Wheelchair Safety Training
  • Must maintain valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to drive manual transmission
  • Must be able to speak, read and write Standard English
  • Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and memos
  • Must be able to write simple correspondence
  • Must be able to present information effectively
  • Must be able to apply reasoning to carry out instructions
  • Must possess basic mathematical skills
  • Must understand time systems and rates

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Six months related experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
  • Proficient in standard English reading, writing and speaking
  • Ability to comprehend and write simple instructions and correspondence
  • Strong communication skills for small group and individual interactions
  • Reasoning and understanding to follow instructions
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Understanding of 24-hour and military time
  • Ability to understand applicable rate systems

Job Duties

  • Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, client staff members and coworkers
  • Acknowledges and greets guests within 30 seconds of arrival
  • Opens vehicle and hotel doors for guests
  • Checks in guests and explains parking procedures
  • Parks and retrieves vehicles cautiously
  • Handles guest complaints effectively
  • Uses proper phone etiquette
  • Posts in appropriate areas when not assisting guests
  • Conducts room presentations
  • Assists with delivery and pickup of guest items
  • Provides directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries assistance
  • Maintains detailed knowledge of facility and area
  • Leads by example and promotes teamwork
  • Assigns roles to associates as directed
  • Reduces staff during shifts as needed
  • Issues and collects vehicle claim checks accurately
  • Secures vehicle keys properly
  • Ensures no unauthorized lift services are provided
  • Checks and cleans wheelchairs
  • Maintains guest confidentiality and security of information
  • Assists Account Manager with scheduling and communications
  • Identifies and collects vehicle revenue
  • Completes cash drop and shift reports
  • Reconciles revenue and tickets at shift end
