Job Requirements

  • pass 10-panel drug screen
  • complete physical examination
  • provide MMR titer
  • complete hepatitis B vaccine series or sign declination
  • receive flu shot during flu season
  • pass PPD skin test (2-step)
  • have history of chicken pox or provide varicella vaccine

Job Qualifications

  • Be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to jog short distances and lift 25-50 pounds including luggage, cones, and equipment
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather with company-provided gear
  • Capable of using a smartphone, two-way radio, and basic apps for schedules and logs
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous valet, parking, hospitality, or shift-lead experience preferred
  • Familiarity with scheduling or time and attendance tools preferred
  • College degree, especially in Hospitality or a related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Work as one team partnering with fellow Lead Valets and site management to balance staffing and solve problems across all valet drivers
  • Join quick start-of-shift huddles, share priorities, and give clean handoffs to communicate plans clearly
  • Redeploy people during peaks, cover call-outs, and float to hot spots requiring support
  • Keep consistent standards for traffic flow, key control, incident steps, and guest recovery across multiple drives
  • Use radios and messaging channels for brief, clear communication so everyone understands the plan
  • Set cones and signs, direct vehicles and valet attendants, and assist parking or retrieving during rush periods
  • Assign posts, create break plans, update lineup based on needs, and hand off shift duties smoothly
  • Coach on the spot by modeling standards, training new hires and leads, and giving quick effective feedback
  • Follow key control, vehicle walk-around checks, speed limits, and parking guidelines to protect guests and vehicles
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly with service recovery and escalate when needed
  • Maintain tidy and organized driveway, staging area, and podium with regular ticket and key checks
  • Record incidents before shift end, note equipment needs, and submit straightforward daily reports
  • Respond to other drives' calls for help and coordinate with Lead Valets to restore flow
