Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass criminal background check, MVR and drug screen
- Must complete wheelchair safety training
- Six months related experience or training, or equivalent
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to drive manual transmission
- Must be able to speak, read and write standard English
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Must be able to write simple correspondence
- Must be able to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- Must be able to apply reasoning and understanding to follow written, oral or diagram instructions
- Must have basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Must understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Must understand rates applicable to time passed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, client staff and coworkers
- Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival
- Participate effectively in delivering aggressive hospitality
- Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Check in arriving guests and explain parking and retrieval procedures
- Park and retrieve vehicles while driving cautiously
- Handle guest complaints and difficult situations calmly
- Use proper phone etiquette
- Post in appropriate areas when not assisting guests
- Conduct room presentations during bell services
- Assist with delivery and pickup to guest rooms
- Provide directions, taxi assistance, reservations and inquiries
- Maintain detailed knowledge of facility and local area
- Promote teamwork by leading through example
- Appoint associates to routine roles
- Assign coworkers to special tasks as directed
- Reduce staff during shifts based on business needs
- Issue and collect vehicle claim checks accurately
- Complete vehicle ticketing and damage surveys
- Secure keys properly
- Ensure no lift services are provided, only assistance
- Check and clean wheelchairs
- Protect guest confidentiality under HIPAA
- Maintain security of financial information
- Assist with work schedules and notify associates of changes
- Collect and reconcile revenue
- Complete cash drop slips and shift reports accurately
- Reconcile revenue and tickets at shift end
