Job Requirements

Valid license
3+ years driving experience
No major violations in the past 7 years
No more than two minor violations in the past year
No suspensions within the last 3 years
Ability to drive a stick shift
2 years of previous valet experience preferred
Strong leadership skills
Professional communication skills
Flexible availability
Computer proficiency
Ability to work outdoors in all weather
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

Valid license with 3+ years driving experience
No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in the past 7 years
No more than two minor violations in the past year (accident, speeding)
No suspensions within the last 3 years
Ability to drive a stick shift
2 years of previous valet experience in the parking or related industry preferred
Strong leadership skills
Able to communicate professionally and effectively with all personnel
Flexible availability for events as business dictates
Computer proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel, and other MS Office applications
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods of time

Job Duties

Accurately assigning, verifying, and distributing claim tickets
Keeping driveway clear of any vehicle that does not require assistance
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of valet area
Inspecting vehicles and reporting damages upon arrival and under your care
Responding to and resolving guest concerns
Greeting all customers using Premium Parking customer service standards
Training associates with established policies and procedures
