Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Pass a criminal background check, MVR and drug screening
Ability to complete Wheelchair Safety Training
Ability to drive manual transmission
Six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to speak, read and write English
Ability to comprehend instructions and present information effectively
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to handle stressful situations with composure

Job Qualifications

Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park
Six months related experience or equivalent education and training
Must be able to drive manual transmission

Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and write correspondence
Must be able to effectively present information to guests, clients and associates
Must be able to apply reasoning and carry out instructions in various forms
Must have mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and understanding of time systems
Must clearly understand rates applicable to time passed

Job Duties

Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, client staff and coworkers
Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival to create favorable impressions
Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests, check in guests and explain parking procedures
Park and retrieve vehicles quickly and safely while handling complaints with composure
Use proper phone etiquette and assist guests with inquiries and bell services
Lead the work group in delivering high levels of guest service and assign routine roles
Issue claim checks, complete accurate ticket information and secure vehicle keys
Ensure wheelchair safety and protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
Assist with building work schedules, collecting revenue, completing shift reports and reconciling tickets
