Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Pass a criminal background check, MVR and drug screening
  • Ability to complete Wheelchair Safety Training
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
  • Six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to speak, read and write English
  • Ability to comprehend instructions and present information effectively
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with composure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass criminal background, MVR and drug screen
  • Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park
  • Six months related experience or equivalent education and training
  • Must be able to drive manual transmission
  • Must be able to speak, read and write standard English
  • Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and write correspondence
  • Must be able to effectively present information to guests, clients and associates
  • Must be able to apply reasoning and carry out instructions in various forms
  • Must have mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and understanding of time systems
  • Must clearly understand rates applicable to time passed

Job Duties

  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, client staff and coworkers
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival to create favorable impressions
  • Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests, check in guests and explain parking procedures
  • Park and retrieve vehicles quickly and safely while handling complaints with composure
  • Use proper phone etiquette and assist guests with inquiries and bell services
  • Lead the work group in delivering high levels of guest service and assign routine roles
  • Issue claim checks, complete accurate ticket information and secure vehicle keys
  • Ensure wheelchair safety and protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
  • Assist with building work schedules, collecting revenue, completing shift reports and reconciling tickets
