Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Pass a criminal background check, MVR and drug screening
- Ability to complete Wheelchair Safety Training
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Ability to comprehend instructions and present information effectively
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass criminal background, MVR and drug screen
- Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park
- Six months related experience or equivalent education and training
- Must be able to drive manual transmission
- Must be able to speak, read and write standard English
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and write correspondence
- Must be able to effectively present information to guests, clients and associates
- Must be able to apply reasoning and carry out instructions in various forms
- Must have mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and understanding of time systems
- Must clearly understand rates applicable to time passed
Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, client staff and coworkers
- Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival to create favorable impressions
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests, check in guests and explain parking procedures
- Park and retrieve vehicles quickly and safely while handling complaints with composure
- Use proper phone etiquette and assist guests with inquiries and bell services
- Lead the work group in delivering high levels of guest service and assign routine roles
- Issue claim checks, complete accurate ticket information and secure vehicle keys
- Ensure wheelchair safety and protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
- Assist with building work schedules, collecting revenue, completing shift reports and reconciling tickets
