Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
- high school diploma or GED
- six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- must maintain valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- must complete Wheelchair Safety Training course
- ability to drive manual transmission
- ability to speak, read and write Standard English
- ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- effective communication skills
- mathematical skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing with money
- knowledge of 24 hour and military time systems
- ability to understand applicable rate schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- completed Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park
- six months related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience
- ability to drive manual transmission
- proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Standard English
- ability to comprehend instructions and write correspondence
- skills in effective one-on-one and small group communication
- reasoning and understanding to follow instructions
- basic mathematical skills including operations with American money and time comprehension
Job Duties
- Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, client staff members and coworkers
- acknowledges and greets guests within 30 seconds of arrival
- participates effectively in 'The Show' and delivers 'Aggressive Hospitality'
- opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- checks in arriving guests and explains parking procedures
- parks and retrieves vehicles cautiously
- handles guest complaints
- uses proper phone etiquette
- conducts room presentations
- assists with delivery and pickup of items
- assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries
- possesses detailed knowledge of the client’s facility and surroundings
- promotes teamwork through leading by example and communication
- leads work group in guest service delivery
- assigns routine roles to associates
- adjusts staffing levels during shifts as directed
- issues claim checks and collects them from guests
- completes ticket information and damage surveys
- secures all vehicle keys
- ensures staff do not provide lift services but offer hands for assistance
- checks and cleans wheelchairs
- protects guest confidentiality according to HIPPA
- maintains security of customer financial and identifying information
- assists Account Manager with scheduling and notifications
- collects and reconciles revenue
- completes shift reports and paperwork accurately
