Job Requirements

Friendly and outgoing
Supervisory experience
Able to smile during customer interactions
Possess an upbeat personality with strong work ethic
Maintain uniform standards on premises
Ability to run and move quickly
Ability to organize cars efficiently
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a manual transmission driving test
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess a valid driver’s license in state of residency
Pass a criminal background check and RMV check
Create relationships with customers
Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE’s insurance provider

Job Qualifications

Entry-level experience
Proficient in English verbal and written communication
Supervisory experience
Ability to smile and maintain a positive demeanor during customer interactions
Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
Ability to create and maintain positive customer relationships
Ability to adhere to uniform and company appearance standards

Job Duties

Ensures employees and guests are safe at all times
Safely operate vehicles to minimize the potential for accidents when needed
Oversee the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage
Ensure all team members provide exceptional guest experiences by smiling at, greeting, and helping every guest as they enter the garage
Set the tone for the workplace by keeping an upbeat attitude
Remind team members always to use approved language choices
Communicate with co-workers to inform each other of the organizational plan at shift end
Set an example by maintaining uniform guidelines and a professional work area
Train new valets by providing necessary knowledge and skills to perform duties effectively and safely
