Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
possess a valid driver's license in state of residency
ability to pass a criminal background check and RMV check
clean driving record deemed insurable by current insurance provider
ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on manual transmission
ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
ability to stand for long periods
ability to operate vehicles safely
supervisory experience
ability to run and move quickly
friendly and outgoing
maintain uniform standards when on job premises
possess an upbeat personality and willingness to work hard
ability to organize cars efficiently
able to smile during customer interactions

Job Duties

Ensures employees and guests are safe at all times
safely operate vehicles to minimize the potential for accidents when needed
oversee the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage
ensure all team members provide exceptional guest experiences by smiling at, greeting, and helping every guest as they enter the garage
set the tone for the workplace by keeping an upbeat attitude
train new valets, providing them necessary knowledge and skills to perform duties effectively and safely
communicate with co-workers to inform each other of the organizational plan after the shift
