Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid Driver's License in the state of residency
- Pass a criminal background check and RMV check
- Maintain uniform standards when on job premises
- Ability to run and move quickly
- Ability to organize cars efficiently
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to smile during customer interactions
- Possess an upbeat personality, willingness to go the extra mile, and a strong work ethic
- Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's insurance provider
- Experience in supervisory roles
Job Qualifications
- Proficient in English verbally and written
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to safely operate vehicles including manual transmission
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience or willingness to lead and motivate a team

- Safely operate vehicles to minimize potential accidents
- Oversee tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage

- Remind team members to use approved language choices
- Communicate organizational plans to co-workers after shifts
