Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of supervisor experience
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Positive and friendly attitude and ability to provide exceptional 5-star customer service
- Ability to stay calm in any environment and impress that upon our team
- 40hr work week with ability for on-call as needed for incidents and reporting
- Available during evenings and weekends
- Must be fluent in English and well-spoken
- Previous valet experience or similar industry preferred
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and clean motor vehicle report
- Covid-19 vaccination
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills

- Ability to remain calm and lead in high-pressure environments
- Experience in valet services or a similar industry preferred
- Fluent in English and well-spoken
- Ability to perform training and development tasks

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the valet team in a medium-paced environment
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Provide exceptional 5-star customer service to all guests
- Communicate effectively with guests and associates to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain compliance with safety and care procedures
- Conduct training and support team development
- Handle incident reporting and on-call responsibilities as needed
