Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • valid driver’s license with ability to meet company driving requirements
  • previous valet experience required
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • knowledge of parking regulations, traffic safety, and guest service standards
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong team management skills
  • excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise valet team members during assigned shifts
  • coordinate vehicle parking, retrieval, and guest service to ensure smooth operations
  • train and mentor valet team members on service standards, safety procedures, and company policies
  • ensure valet tickets and records are accurately managed and reconciled
  • monitor vehicle staging areas, keys, and parking lots to maintain safety and organization
  • handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly
  • communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding valet operations
  • conduct visual inspections of vehicles and report pre-existing damage
  • assist in scheduling and assigning valet team members to meet operational needs
  • maintain cleanliness and appearance of valet staging areas, entrances, and parking lots
  • follow all safety, security, and traffic control procedures
  • support other guest services duties as assigned
