Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- valid driver’s license with ability to meet company driving requirements
- previous valet experience required
- supervisory experience preferred
- knowledge of parking regulations, traffic safety, and guest service standards
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong team management skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Supervise valet team members during assigned shifts
- coordinate vehicle parking, retrieval, and guest service to ensure smooth operations
- train and mentor valet team members on service standards, safety procedures, and company policies
- ensure valet tickets and records are accurately managed and reconciled
- monitor vehicle staging areas, keys, and parking lots to maintain safety and organization
- handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly
- communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding valet operations
- conduct visual inspections of vehicles and report pre-existing damage
- assist in scheduling and assigning valet team members to meet operational needs
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of valet staging areas, entrances, and parking lots
- follow all safety, security, and traffic control procedures
- support other guest services duties as assigned
