Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience
Capable of standing, running, and carrying items up to 50lbs
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues effectively

Job Qualifications

At least 1 year of valet parking experience
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Friendly and professional communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
Energetic and outgoing personality
Good written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
Maintain uniform appearance, cheerfully greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and be a pleasant presence
Stand, walk, and carry items weighing up to 50lbs
Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as assigned by local management
