Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Ability to travel 75-100% of the time
- Knowledge of construction safety and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of general contracting
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of hot side and cold side restaurant equipment
- General knowledge of all trades
- Computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
Job Duties
- Manage and perform kitchen equipment installation for restaurants and retail establishments
- Assist with deinstallation of old equipment and debris removal
- Fabricate, assemble, and install electrical wiring, controls, and piping according to specifications and code
- Lead and supervise a crew of installers and technicians
- Conduct meetings with clients and store personnel to review projects
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Complete daily reports, photos, time sheets, and other project documentation
