Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • Ability to travel 75-100% of the time
  • Knowledge of construction safety and safety procedures

  • Ability to manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of hot side and cold side restaurant equipment
  • General knowledge of all trades
  • Computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage and perform kitchen equipment installation for restaurants and retail establishments
  • Assist with deinstallation of old equipment and debris removal
  • Fabricate, assemble, and install electrical wiring, controls, and piping according to specifications and code
  • Lead and supervise a crew of installers and technicians
  • Conduct meetings with clients and store personnel to review projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
  • Complete daily reports, photos, time sheets, and other project documentation
