Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift
- occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- able to push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
- capable of bending at the waist with twisting for up to one hour a shift
- good hand-eye coordination to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects
- availability to work days and evenings
- provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- sales associate or cashiering experience is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- motivation to advance in a retail career
- willingness to learn and engage with customers
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- run the register and manage cashiering duties
- make product purchase suggestions to customers
- maintain store appearance inside and outside
- assist with the food program when necessary
- provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- collaborate with team members to accomplish daily store tasks
