- Ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships
- Proficient in scheduling and dispatching resources using communication tools

- Knowledge of safety, security, and regulatory compliance standards
Job Duties
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers
- Schedule and dispatch resources including team members, crews/teams, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations using radios, telephones, or computers
- Ensure timely and efficient movement of resources according to work orders and resource schedules
- Oversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s)
- Receive or prepare work orders and work schedules
- Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work performed, inventory, and dispatch information
- Recognize and mitigate a variety of issues encountered within the department and other work environments
- Confer with clients and/or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and requests for resources
- Monitor resources and utilization to coordinate services and schedules to achieve optimal efficiency
- Compile statistics and reports on work progress
- Monitor daily services and provide updates and reports
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities
