Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business, or related field
- minimum two years of experience in supply chain and logistics roles with increasing responsibility
- proven experience managing on-site logistics and physical operations in the US
- strong understanding of US transportation, warehousing, and trade compliance requirements
- excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- ability and willingness to work on-site daily
- must meet ITAR eligibility criteria such as being a US citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise authorized to receive US export-controlled information
Job Qualifications

- at least two years of experience in supply chain and logistics roles with increasing responsibility
- proven experience managing on-site logistics and physical operations in the US
- strong understanding of US transportation, warehousing, and trade compliance requirements
- excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- ability and willingness to work on-site daily
- master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- experience in technology, manufacturing, hardware, or complex operational environments preferred
- experience with ERP and supply chain management systems preferred
- prior people leadership or team-building experience preferred
Job Duties
- Lead and manage on-site supply chain and logistics operations including procurement, inbound logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and outbound distribution
- design and execute scalable supply chain strategies aligned with cost, service, and growth objectives
- manage relationships with on-site suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics partners
- ensure reliable, on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels through active, on-site operational oversight
- track, analyze, and improve KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, logistics costs, and service levels
- identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure supply chain continuity
- collaborate closely with engineering, operations, finance, and commercial teams to support production and customer commitments
- ensure compliance with US trade regulations, customs requirements, safety standards, and internal policies
- lead, coach, and grow on-site supply chain and logistics team members
