Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent
- Two years of stewarding or related experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Successful completion of New Mexico food handlers course within 30 days of hire
- Must pass a stringent background investigation
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to perform simple procedures
- Ability to plan work of others
- Ability to supervise, discipline, motivate and coach others
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of computers and Windows software

Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of stewarding operations
- Knowledge of sanitation and inventory procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

- Ability to maintain high personal hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Supervises the dish pantry including collection, sorting, and separation of dishes
- Loads, runs, cleans, and maintains dishwashing machines ensuring cleanliness standards
- Supplies kitchen and wait staff with clean utensils and dishes
- Maintains dish washing conveyor and related equipment
- Coordinates with service representatives for equipment repairs
- Oversees cleaning schedules for dish pantry, kitchen production, and banquet service areas ensuring health compliance
- Organizes and completes quarterly inventory of china, glassware, and silverware
- Conducts daily stand-up meetings for shift communication
- Completes required computer-assisted training
- Manages packing and transport of kitchenware for off-premise events
- Ensures proper water temperature and chemical levels for cleaning and documents them
- Maintains punctuality and regular attendance according to policy
- Builds professional relationships and supports team collaboration
- Performs additional duties as assigned
