- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year related work experience
- no supervisory experience
- ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- ability to move, lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Organize cleaning chemicals and supplies
- organize supply rack including pots, pans, serving spoons, utensils
- rotate stock by bringing wares from storage to kitchen
- complete cleaning checklists to determine timelines for cleaning and sanitizing
- collect dirty pans from cooking line and transport to pot station for cleaning
- clean and maintain sanitation areas and organize cleaning supplies
- clean and maintain loading dock areas
- clean ceiling, walls, and vents in dish room
- ensure clean wares are stored appropriately
- operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machine, pot-scrubbing station, trash compactor
- assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees
- follow company and safety policies and report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions
- maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- protect company assets
- use clear and professional language when communicating
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team in reaching common goals
- ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds
- stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- reach overhead and below knees including bending, twisting, pulling, stooping
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
