  • Previous culinary experience
  • Management or supervisory experience
  • Guest service skills
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 12 hours
  • Ability to carry 50 plus lbs
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified slip resistant shoes provided by employee prior to starting work
  • Available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Previous culinary experience
  • Management or supervisory experience
  • Guest service skills
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Familiarity with purchasing systems, MS Office Suite, and Outlook preferred
  • Previous experience in high-volume restaurants preferred
  • Certified slip resistant shoes required
  • Available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Able to stand or walk for up to 12 hours
  • Able to carry 50 plus lbs

Job Duties

  • Train employees to set service standards
  • Assist in hiring, training, developing, and scheduling kitchen employees
  • Maintain food preparation, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Complete management reports for scheduling, ordering, payroll, inventory, and food safety audits
  • Understand and implement all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and training programs
  • Create and maintain a productive and safe work environment
  • Ensure all guests receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service
  • Keep all kitchen equipment clean and in excellent working condition
  • Oversee culinary execution of special events
  • Manage daily operations including opening and closing F&B locations
  • Fill frontline employee positions during non-peak periods
  • Perform other duties as assigned
