Job Requirements
- College degree, preferably in Hotel/Restaurant Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hotels or upscale restaurants
- Formal Wine and Spirits Training Certificate or Diploma
- Strong knowledge of wine, beverage service, and guest service standards
- Proficiency in English
- computer literacy and familiarity with food and beverage systems

Job Duties
- Curate and select wines that align with the property and outlet concepts
- Lead, motivate, and train the team in wine knowledge and service standards
- Serve wine with proper pouring, decanting, and presentation techniques
- Ensure all wines and beverages are served at the correct temperatures
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and provide personalized service
- Manage wine inventory, storage, and rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in wine service areas
- Collaborate with employees and managers to meet operational needs
- Support guest satisfaction by handling special requests, complaints, and public relations with professionalism
