- College degree, preferably in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
- minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hotels or upscale restaurants
- formal wine and spirits training certificate or diploma
- strong knowledge of wine, beverage service, and guest service standards
- proficiency in English
- computer literacy and familiarity with food and beverage systems

Job Duties
- Curate and select wines that align with the property and outlet concepts
- lead, motivate, and train the team in wine knowledge and service standards
- serve wine with proper pouring, decanting, and presentation techniques
- ensure all wines and beverages are served at the correct temperatures
- maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and provide personalized service
- manage wine inventory, storage, and rotation
- maintain cleanliness and organization in wine service areas
- collaborate with employees and managers to meet operational needs
- support guest satisfaction by handling special requests, complaints, and public relations with professionalism
