Job Requirements
- Must have own reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- smartphone with data plan
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- able to work evenings Sunday through Thursday, 7 PM to 12 AM
- willing to travel locally and work split shifts or be on-call
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years old
- experience in customer service preferred
- supervisory experience is a plus
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- leadership qualities with a positive attitude
- problem-solving skills
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Lead and support service valets
- ensure quality of routes for safety and efficiency
- problem solve missed trash and property issues
- communicate delays and hazards to area leader
- provide coverage for understaffed properties
- document property damage or non-compliance
- lead operations in absence of area leader
