Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 6 months experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or country club
- Willingness to obtain food safety certification
- Patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude towards the elderly
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately
- Ability to attend trainings and department meetings
- Ability to perform other duties as outlined by supervisor
- Effective written and spoken communication
- Commitment to team participation and quality service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in a restaurant, hotel, or country club setting
- Ability to demonstrate patience, tact, enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards the elderly

- Experience in handling food safety practices and sanitary procedures
Job Duties
- Leads service team members while performing serving duties to provide exceptional customer service to tenants and guests
- Champions and follows good sequence of service methods demonstrating hospitality over service
- Leads stand up meetings to prepare team for meal service
- Assists host and servers with seating and ensures adequate seating availability
- Sets and clears tables, manages table arrangements and maintains cleanliness of china and flatware
- Assists tenants with meal selection and ensures cleanliness and sanitation of dining and serving areas
- Prepares and plates food items including salads, soups, desserts and beverages
- Keeps supplies stocked and manages menus, guest charge tickets and related forms
- Assists with dishwashing and cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
- Utilizes safe food preparation and sanitation methods maintaining food safety standards
- Creates positive dining experiences that promote tenant independence and encourages participation in dining programs
- Collects and conveys customer feedback to Executive Chef
- Participates in quality performance initiatives and promotes teamwork
- Reports maintenance needs and participates in emergency tenant evacuations
- Assists with event preparations and clean-up
- Attends in-service training and work-related meetings
- Executes special projects as assigned
