Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age to handle alcoholic beverages
- Minimum 2 years serving experience
- Ability to promote and sell products or services
- Ability to work independently and prioritize duties
- Active listening, critical thinking, decision making and time management skills
- Must possess basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Ability to work varied schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Possess or obtain valid RBS and Certified Food Handlers Card

Job Duties
- Practice OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- Train and schedule employees to ensure proper coverage
- Monitor performance and recommend corrective action
- Alert management of potentially serious issues
- Respond in a prompt and professional manner to guest requests and complaints
- Make appropriate service recovery gestures according to established guidelines to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Oversee check/credit policies and procedures
- Inspect restaurants daily to ensure high quality food and food presentation and cleanliness
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff of daily events
- Review daily specials
- Ensure side work duties are complete and tables are set before, during and after operating hours
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
- May routinely greet guests and serve food and beverage
- Create or revise SOPs as per business needs
- Approve timesheets daily
- Perform any other duties as assigned
